Refund policy

Every poster is print and framed after we get the order to maintain the best quality possible.

We only accept refund/return only if your product is
1) Not delivered or lost
2) Not what you ordered

**For any claims, we require an opening video of the parcel(with the top wrap). This policy helps to ensure that any issues or damages with the product can be thoroughly investigated and resolved in timely manner. We understand that providing an opening video may seem cumbersome, but it allow us to provide you with best possible service and ensure that you receive the full value of your purchase**


Follow the steps below if this turns out to be the case.

Any claims made after 48 hours from the delivery won't be entertained.

To start a return, you can contact us on Instagram (for faster response) or contact us with your

  • Name
  • E-mail
  • Order Id
  • Short description of the issue for refund/return

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Refunds (If applicable)
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

 Order Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes things change, and you may need to cancel your order. However, as our products are print-on-demand, we have to start processing your order soon after receiving it. Therefore, we have cancellation policy in place that you need to follow if you wish to cancel your order.

Cancellation within 24 Hours

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. Reach out to our customer support team. We will process your cancellation request as soon as we receive it and issue a full refund.

Please note that we won't be able to cancel your order if you have already received a shipping confirmation email from us. Once your order has been shipped, we cannot stop it from being delivered.

Cancellation after 24 Hours

After 24 hours of placing your order, we won't be able to cancel it as the production process has started. We urge you to review your order carefully before placing it to ensure that you are happy with your purchase.

However, in case you have received a defective or damaged product, we will offer you a replacement or refund as per our return policy. Please refer to our Return Policy section for more information.
